I'm not really active on tumblr anymore but I happened to come by your page and then I read your post about your weight gain.
I just want to say, don't let it hit you! Right now, you're probably in a 'I hate myself I gained so much weight I'm a failure' state of mind, and that won't help you get any further. In fact, it is more likely that you'll 'fail' again because you'll think 'It doesn't matter I'm a failure anyways, and I'll always be one'.
That's not a healthy mind-setting! You should be positive, and think 'screw this weight gain, I'll start eating healthy again from now and my weight will take care of itself'. Also, I think it's a good idea to throw your scale out since the scale doesn't tell you ANYTHING. It just gives you an indication, but what's more important is how your clothes fit, how much fat is replaced my muscles, and most important of all is how you feel. Freaking out about stupid numbers on the scale won't make you happy for sure, but being healthy will make you happy. I'm sure you can do it! Feel free to message me any time, even though I'm not an active poster anymore I do read and reply to my messages.
